Current programs include:
UUCOC Newcomers' Class is an informal group that gathers in the
kitchen of Hope, usually around soup and bread. Geoff Pool facilitates.
No need to sign up - just come!
Spanish for Gringos Classes on Sunday mornings from 11:15am to
noon, in Hope, followed by a chance to converse (in Spanish, of course!)
over food in the Faith lobby. The Class also meets Wednesday evenings
from 7-7:50pm (before Vespers), offering a chance for those who can't
make it Sunday to participate or for others to get in more practice.
Participants are asked to purchase their own book: Spanish for Gringos
(Vol. 1), by William C. Harvey (part of the Barron's Educational Series,
Inc.) It is available at Half Price Books and online.
The Page Turners Group meets the last Sunday of each month in Hope's Small Group Meeting Room (formerly the Teacher
Workroom).
Bring your own Theology is a Credo Group currently meeting, but is closed to additional attendees for this session.
Please watch our events calendar for additional word on our RE programming.
