Listen to Our Services Feb. 12th, 2012: Living in a Sea of Prayer

Posted By Scott Grey on February 15, 2012

Living in a Sea of Prayer – Whispers, wails, whirls, silence, song, and service.
These are just some of the many ways that people pray. UU minister Carolyn Colbert says:  “I have this notion that we live in a sea of prayer. All over the world, in almost all traditions, prayer is being practiced.” What does it mean to “live in a sea of prayer?”  Presented by Ms. Beth Dana, a candidate for the Unitarian Universalist ministry, recently relocated to Fort Worth from New York where she just completed an MDiv at Union Theological Seminary. ©2012 Beth Dana.
