Yoga and Intention setting with Bre

Peace, my name is Bre, and Movement is kinda my jam! I believe movement is medicine, and to be able to move our bodies is a gift! Whether you are new to yoga or a beginner my classes will encourage you to learn to listen to the wisdom that dwells within.

I offer options and allow you to decide what you need. In my journey of practicing yoga for the past 10 years, I have come to realize the yoga we do on the mat isn't as nearly as important as the yoga we do off the mat.

Flexibility is great, but can you be flexible in life? My intention with each class is to open you up to the truth that yoga lives outside of the 4 corners of our mats but dances with us in the moments of life as well.
